Excode Nigeria Limited (RC 007233) collects corporate information necessary to formulate engineering site audits, hazard analyses (JHAs), and commercial tenders. Information includes corporate identities, representative contact parameters, site floor plans, chemical safety sheets (MSDS), and facility operational schedules.
2. Use of Project Data & Non-Disclosure
All project specifications, industrial blueprints, and client facility photographs are handled under strict commercial confidentiality. We do not distribute, sell, or disclose proprietary process configurations to third parties. Photographs and media used in portfolio archives are anonymised and cleared with the client.
3. Statutory HSE and Regulatory Records
Statutory permits, gas-free inspection logs, and hazardous waste disposal manifests are retained in accordance with Nigerian regulatory mandates (DPR, NOSDRA, and Federal Ministry of Environment) for statutory audit defense.
